Privacy Policy for Agone
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Ali Qasim (“Agone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Agone mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are
Agone is a personal discipline and wellbeing app that helps you track fitness, nutrition, habits, goals, finances, journaling, and related data, and provides an AI “coach” based on the information you log.
Data controller: Muhammad Ali Qasim

2. Information we collect
We only collect what the App needs to function. This includes:
a) Account information
- Email address and authentication credentials (managed via Firebase Authentication).
- An optional display name and profile details you choose to add.
b) Health & fitness data (only what you log or grant access to)
- Steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, and activity — read from Apple Health only with your permission.
- Nutrition and meals, water intake, body metrics (height, weight, body measurements), and calculated values such as BMI.
c) Financial data
- Income, expenses, budgets, and savings goals that you manually enter. We do not connect to your bank and do not access real financial accounts.
d) Your content
- Journal entries, notes, habits, goals, chores, planner events, and similar content you create.
e) Social features (optional)
- If you use friends/groups, we store your profile, friend connections, group membership, and items you choose to share with a group.
f) Device & usage data
- Basic technical data needed to run the app and enforce usage limits (e.g., app/feature usage counts, crash/diagnostic data). The App does not collect your location.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your health or financial data for advertising.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and operate the App’s features.
- Calculate your stats, scores, streaks, and progress.
- Generate AI coaching, insights, and voice command responses (see Section 5).
- Sync your data to your account so it’s available across reinstalls/devices.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce fair-use limits.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
4. Apple Health (HealthKit)
If you grant access, the App reads health and fitness data from Apple Health to display your stats and calculate your scores, and may write data you log (e.g., water intake) back to Apple Health.
- HealthKit data is used only to provide features inside the App.
- We never use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing.
- We never sell HealthKit data or share it with third parties for their own use.
- You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Agone.
5. AI processing (important)
We ask for your explicit in-app consent before any of your data is sent to a third-party AI service. Nothing is sent until you agree, and you can decline and still use the rest of the App. When you use an AI feature, we send the relevant data you provide to the provider below to generate that result:
- Google Gemini (Google LLC) — powers the AI Coach, insights, workout & meal plans, voice-command understanding, and the Visual Progress photo edit. Depending on the feature, we send the relevant snapshot of your logged data (e.g., today’s stats, goals, recent activity), your messages to the coach, or the photo you choose for Visual Progress.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. — converts your spoken voice commands to text (speech-to-text) when you use the microphone, and generates images for some Visual Progress results. For these features we send your voice recording or the photo you choose.
- Pollinations — optional fallback for AI image generation.
What is sent, and how: only the specific data a feature needs, at the moment you use it — collected from what you have logged or provided in the App. We do not send your authentication credentials, and HealthKit data is never sent for advertising or sold.
Equal protection. These providers process your data only to return a result to the App under their own privacy and security commitments, which provide the same or equal level of data protection required here. Under their API terms, they do not use the data you send to train their models. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice (see our Terms).
You can avoid AI processing entirely by declining the AI consent prompt, or by not using the AI Coach, insights, plans, Visual Progress, or voice features.
6. How your information is stored and shared
Storage. Your data is stored locally on your device and, for signed-in users, in our cloud backend (Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, and—if enabled—Storage).
Service providers / sub-processors. We share data only with providers that help us operate the App:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting of your synced data)
- Google Gemini (AI coaching/insights — see Section 5)
- OpenAI (voice transcription — see Section 5)
- Open Food Facts (looking up foods by barcode — we send the scanned barcode, not your identity)
- Pollinations (optional AI image generation)
- Apple (App Store and HealthKit on your device)
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authentication, and server-side access rules that restrict each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (see Section 9), we delete your associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
9. Your rights and choices
- Access & correction: view and edit your data in the App.
- Deletion: delete your account and associated data at any time in Me → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and data.
- Permissions: control Health, Microphone, Camera, Motion, Location, and Notifications access in iOS Settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
EEA/UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent (e.g., Health access), and our legitimate interests (security and improving the App). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as defined by California law.
To exercise any right, contact us at hq@skippro.pro.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States), where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
