Privacy Policy for Agone

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Ali Qasim (“Agone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Agone mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

Agone is a personal discipline and wellbeing app that helps you track fitness, nutrition, habits, goals, finances, journaling, and related data, and provides an AI “coach” based on the information you log.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what the App needs to function. This includes:

a) Account information

b) Health & fitness data (only what you log or grant access to)

c) Financial data

d) Your content

e) Social features (optional)

f) Device & usage data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your health or financial data for advertising.

3. How we use your information

4. Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant access, the App reads health and fitness data from Apple Health to display your stats and calculate your scores, and may write data you log (e.g., water intake) back to Apple Health.

5. AI processing (important)

We ask for your explicit in-app consent before any of your data is sent to a third-party AI service. Nothing is sent until you agree, and you can decline and still use the rest of the App. When you use an AI feature, we send the relevant data you provide to the provider below to generate that result:

What is sent, and how: only the specific data a feature needs, at the moment you use it — collected from what you have logged or provided in the App. We do not send your authentication credentials, and HealthKit data is never sent for advertising or sold.

Equal protection. These providers process your data only to return a result to the App under their own privacy and security commitments, which provide the same or equal level of data protection required here. Under their API terms, they do not use the data you send to train their models. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice (see our Terms).

You can avoid AI processing entirely by declining the AI consent prompt, or by not using the AI Coach, insights, plans, Visual Progress, or voice features.

6. How your information is stored and shared

Storage. Your data is stored locally on your device and, for signed-in users, in our cloud backend (Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, and—if enabled—Storage).

Service providers / sub-processors. We share data only with providers that help us operate the App:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authentication, and server-side access rules that restrict each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (see Section 9), we delete your associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

EEA/UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent (e.g., Health access), and our legitimate interests (security and improving the App). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as defined by California law.

To exercise any right, contact us at hq@skippro.pro.

10. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States), where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
